We believe that our clients deserve the right to know who is dealing with their matter and therefore will be told at the beginning who the Case Handler is. Should the case handler be away, there will always be a member of staff familiar with your file and you have peace of mind that no matter what time during the working day you call the office, our experienced staff will be able to assist you, and you will never encounter voicemail.

High speed service

We aim to provide a five day completion service, from receipt of offer, as standard for all qualifying cases. That means our introducers receive their commissions much more quickly – usually within five days. It improves their cash flow and makes very good business sense.

O’Hara’s specialist team

With an experienced and friendly team, we are able to provide a very high level of service and client care. We have dedicated conveyancing software and well-established IT systems and controls to ensure the smooth running of the process, from receipt of mortgage offer right through to completion. All matters are overseen by Kevin O’Hara the Principal of the firm. Mr O’Hara first entered the law in 1963. Came to Portsmouth in 1969 and opened his own practice in Waterlooville in 1975. He has continued to practice in this area and has gained a reputation for his professional yet friendly approach to his Clients which in turn has been adopted by his experienced staff.
